1. How to delete a company

Only the owner can delete a company — in the web version and in the mobile app: Settings → Requisites → Delete company. To confirm, enter the company name and your password.

2. What happens next

The company is deleted after 30 days. Until then it is read-only: documents and reports can be downloaded, but new ones cannot be created.

Owners receive an email when deletion is requested, 7 days before and the day before.

3. How to cancel

Until the deletion date the owner can cancel it in the same section or with the button in the banner above the page. If you cannot sign in, write to us: info@maxbox.tj.

4. What is deleted

All company data: employees and their accounts, products, sales, purchases, debts, counterparties, fleet, settings, photos, the logo and the document archive. It cannot be restored after deletion.

5. Employee accounts

The owner deactivates an employee in the Users section, after which nobody can sign in to that account. The employee’s name stays in the documents they recorded. To delete their email, phone and photo, contact the company owner or write to us: info@maxbox.tj.

6. If you have no access to the app

Write to info@maxbox.tj from the address registered in the company — we will verify the request and schedule deletion with the same 30-day delay.
